I can sort of see that, but my response to that would be that it was mainly all based on the product itself. When you create the top-notch product, things will happen quicker than normal because people will want it and higher-ups will want to distribute it. And on top of that, when you're literally the only person in the world that can make it that pure, it gives you a large amount of not just bargaining power, but power period...and obviously Walt knew how to use that power to make things happen a lot faster than they normally would have.

I would never call marie "hot", but she's certainly attractive enough wife material. I'm in my 20s and not married, but if my wife was late 30s (I'm guessing? No idea how old she is supposed to be) and looked like that I'd have no complaints.
