re: Favorite Episode of "Friends"

I don't know if I have a favorite episode, but I do have a scene that makes me crack the frick up every single time.

It's when Ross has an apt across the street and the regular gang can look in his window. Sometimes he does bits like surfing or whatever. One time they look over and Ross is just sitting with the remote in his hand not really doing anything, and Joey goes "oh look, Ross is doing his watching TV bit" and Monica goes "No, I think he's just actually watching TV"

Then they cut over to Ross's apartment and the TV is turned off and he has this silly grin like he "got" them I don't know why, but I always lose it.

I like the trivia one, the one with Ross's tan (because Ross is the best character on the show) and the one where he read the letter and fell ah-SLEEP...18 pages, FRONT AND BACK!

I love all the ones where they play trivia games but I also love the one where they play Cups and Chandler is trying to give Joey money.

The One With the Prom Video

It's the episode where Rachel finally realizes how much Ross was in love with her back in highschool, and what was willing to do for her. When she sees the video of him coming down the stairs in his dad's tux and she's already left with her original date. The look she gives Ross and then walks over and kisses him. Priceless.

Then Phoebe says "See, she's your lobster!"

As far as favorite moments, I like the quick scene where the guys are hiding in their sofa cushion fort

Strip Happy Days

I caught about 4 or 5 minutes of a rerun last night and the punch line of the scene provided some great character comedy, interesting insight, and actually some good meta humor for the criticism the show faced while it was on. Surprisingly to anyone that has seen the show, the insightful commentary came from Joey.

The whole gang is sitting around in the coffee shop and the conversation turns to everyone talking about how their bosses seem to hate them. Joey looks at them and says "Well maybe they don't like you because you're sitting around here having coffee at 1130 on a Wednesday." At which point they all get up and leave for work.
