Jennifer Coolidge was a B actor her entire life and finally has achieved household name recognition. People just used to call her Stifler's Mom and not know her name.
I think Missi Pyle is very talented. I thought she was going to be huge after Galaxy Quest but she just works steady.

Eric Stoltz, the original Marty McFly comes to mind.
Chiwetel Ejiofor has been solid in so many roles.

Goggins isn't lead on Gemstones, but he's right up there with the leads. Same thing with Vice Principals, etc.
We all know Goggins is awesome.
