I liked both thought they were slightly different but kind of on the same level for enjoyment

Man I was just thinking how awesome the 2000's block was from Toonami. You had:

Dragonball Z
Gundam Wing
Big O
Outlaw Star
Tenchi Muyo
Yu Yu Hakusho

That was 3 hours of some great anime. I think it was from like 9-12 right?

The fact that the best anime adaptation is still the original 1997 anime is really sad. Not sure how it hasn't been given the Hunter x Hunter treatment by now.

For my answer, Samurai Champloo has always been my GOAT anime.

It played from like 3-5 pm and then from 10-midnight

The eps in the later block were uncensored and had blood and some cursing. That blew my 12 year old brain

Slight bump on this thread, but I’m halfway through Terminator Zero and it’s been solid so far.

they just added it on Disney Plus but apparently there are 2 different dubs and 1 is terrible.

Yes, and the Disney dub is the bad one. I tried re-watching it and couldn't. The toonami dub was so damn good.

Oh yeah and really enjoyed the 2nd season of Jujutsu Kaisen, and I usually don't go super in for the shonen stuff

If you’ve ever read the source material you would understand. The way anime is produced these days would simply never do it justice. Not to mention the fact that Miura passed away and we will never get a true conclusion to the story

Update. Finished Terminator Zero. 6.5/10 to Cyberpunk’s 9/10 and Arcane’s 9.5/10.
