Just started...solid so far. Any reviews?

Not to be a dick, but why are you asking for reviews in the middle of your viewing?
Finish watching, then give your review.

Thought it was a pretty solid action movie

Watched it last night. Thought it was a decent action movie. Not much of a plot, but it really doesn't need one.

Just finished this lol.
Slick polished action sequences and zero plot. Hemsworth being a badass. Decent watch. Much better than that POS Wahlberg Netflix movie.

Was an article in the WSJ about it. Today or yesterday. Didn't read though.

So far it's pretty good
Russo brothers produced it so I'm giving it a chance

Good action. I enjoyed the first half better than the second when every cliche and trope got used. Hemsworth was great.

***SPOILER ALERT***
Its got some B-movie plot holes so far. The Indian mobster tells Saju to A) do whatever it takes to rescue his kid from Dhaka and B) if he fails then Saju's kid dies too.
So Saju pays some of the money up front to hire these people and then ruins it all once they are nearly successful just so he can save some money or didn't even try to negotiate a deal with a different structure? This mob was the largest mob in India so they should have been ballin out. Yet he was more afraid of owing mercenaries money than he was of his mob boss? Yet he was not afraid to take them on by himself? WTF? Wouldn't the mob boss have been supportive of overpromising mercenaries if that's what it took to get his son back?
Edit: I like that most of the fight scenes weren't shakey and there were plenty of long continuous shots.

You missed the part where they explained that the mob boss's assets were frozen. Saju only had enough cash to pay the upfront, so he hired them planning to double cross them so he could save his own kid.
I thought it was excellent. Stunt Choreo was on point.

I was really surprised that I liked the movie. I thought it was going to be some stupid action flick but I was engaged throughout the entire movie.

Good move for what it is, action, action, and more action! I enjoyed it. I agree so much non English dialogue was annoying.
