Endgame hits theatres next month who stays dead and who comes back?

cant wait for this movie I could see them killing off most of the Guardians based on the uncertain future of that series at the moment. Dave Bautista said he wanted his character killed of or re-cast unless Gunn was brought back.
*SPOILER someone claiming to be near set during filming of Endgame posted on reddit that Gamora only appears during flashback sequences of the film*
I think Black Panther. Wasp. Doctor Strange. Bucky. and Spidey are most likely revived
questionable/could stay dead - Loki. Vision, Scarlett Witch, Falcon, Groot, Drax, Mantis, Gamora, Star-Lord

I think it's time some of the characters/actors move on though, particularly the older ones. It seems like it will be hard to bring in new characters and give them proper attention with a bloated cast.

Spider-Man is dead for good. Polling shows he’s not a popular character and no one will miss him.
Black Panther is also dead for good. Not many people saw his movie and it wasn’t very successful.
Bucky and Groot are the future of Marvel IMO.

Speaking of Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, since they're not mutants in the MCU if they ever do the House of M story line when Scarlet Witch does "No More Mutants" would that be considered a Hate Crime?

My sister's boyfriend went to watch Ant Man and the Wasp with me, my brothers, and nephew.
Afterwards, he seemed upset with the ending - when they faded away and Ant Man got stuck
He said "I just don't get why Marvel is killing these characters off and ending their movies like this..."
He had no idea when he watched Infinity War that it was only part one. He legit thought Marvel just did a big FU to the fans and let Thanos win.
He's an idiot, but that would have been a great way to see these movies.

Honestly I think the only people that stay dead are Heimdahl and Loki. I would say Gamorah but not sure. I’m going on the theory that people physically killed by Thanos and not the snap will stay dead.

Any natural deaths from IW will be permanent: Loki, Heimdall, Gamora, Vision.
