Watched it last night, script seemed hastily thrown together, but it had a decent premise. Kids loved it and laughed, wife enjoyed it also. I think they needed a better actress to play the evil elf. She was trash.

I agree. Aside from Dolemite Is My Name, he has been terrible. Needs to go back to his 80’s roots & mannerisms.
