Did you expect batttle scenes in every episode? These episodes are wrapping up a lot of these characters story arcs. This was likely the last time many of them will sit and talk with the people they have gone through a lot with over the seasons.

wasted how? you wanted the season to be an hour 8 battle scene?

there could have been alot more excitememt with all the characters involved, especially under the same roof. I have LOVED GOT... but episofde 1 and 2 have extremely underwhelmed. Im sure it will pick up, but not sure why wasted 2 full episodes

I'm fine with the wrap up. This is a 15 year journey coming to an end for me. One last hurrah and let's see who comes out of this alive

There was some seriously lazy writing in this episode. Davos’ “I’ll have that drink now” Lone comes to mind.

But I understand why this episode had to be here.

shite better get real next week.

Ambiguity and open ends are often good things in a story.

Sitting down and repeatedly explaining yourself to the audience is bad writing, and in the case if this episode, generally redundant.

Things happened in the Dorne sequence that advanced the plot.

So I’ll give you that.

Exactly. Stop treating the audience like we’re watching scooby doo.

This episode is the set up for all of the upcoming betrayals.

All this new found touchy feely shite's gonna get flushed right down the crapper.

For all you folks who need a happy ending to this story. Episode 2 is as close as your getting.

That’s an apt and unfortunate comparison.
