I'm pretty confident as well.

Stellar cast and a director that got Stallone nominated for an Oscar.

For acting.

Dear lord
quote:

A hilarious parody featuring in bizarro-world where blacks can have not only city block that isn't a complete run-down ghetto, but actually an entire planet. Its the complete opposite of what they did to Detroit and sure to make you bust a gut laughing at the sheer absurdity.

One of the newer ones:

quote:

God helps the critic who says this is not good, they will be called racist and fired.

Okay....

quote:

That is what our country has come to be.

I understand....

quote:

Sorry, but if I want to see black people I can watch the police reports on the news.

Aaaannnd.....

i mean, the movie is sitting at 100% with almost 70 reviews counted. they're not scared of their editor though.

I didn't disagree with that statement. Whoever does give this movie a negative rating better be ready for some shite.

The point I was getting at was that the first two sentences seemed like legitimate concerns that someone may have.

The last sentence pretty much nukes their entire point though.

"okay" is ambiguous but the point i'm making is that they're not afraid of being fired. they're afraid of being cast out by friends and colleagues and neighbors.

now would that happen for writing a bad reviw? probably not, but bet your arse they're scared of that. racist or bigot or whatever in 2018 is worse than being called a communist in 1955.

When I walk out of the theater thinking to myself "It was okay", I'm almost always bargaining with myself that I didn't waste my money to watch a piece of shite.

I doubt many of those people have been to Africa. I’ve been all over Africa and it is a shithole. And the places that weren’t shitholes before are quickly becoming one. Cape Town is an example.

There ain’t no KANGZ except the blacks in powers stealing from the people.

I’m not a comic book movie guy so I’m probably not the target market, but without moviepass I wouldn’t go see this. The trailers look meh. The last comic book movie that piqued my interest was the Batman movies.
