yes but will the real punisher show up instead of a fanatic acting like him

I feel like Spidey has to eventually show up in this show, especially after Matt represented Peter. Although now I guess no one knows who he is. Comics had a lot of crossovers with those characters

I think I read an article that live-action Spidey is not allowed to appear in a tv show due to the rights.

I wish Sony just sold the rights back to Marvel man.
No NYC story is complete without Spider-Man

Holy shite. What an episode. Jon Bernthal is money as Frank Castle. What a great episode.

The couple minutes he was on screen might be the best thing Marvel has done since Endgame.

When Fisk kills Heather Glenn after finding out she's Matt's girl will be difficult to watch
In a good way

This slow burn is killing me, but I think things are about to blow up.

This set up a ton of pieces:
Punisher is back
Kingpin is back
Daredevil is back
Punisher is back
Kingpin is back
Daredevil is back

I am only looking foward to watching Vincent D. play King Pin again. He was made for the role.
He definitely looks the part but hate the voice. It's like he's doing a whispering impression of his character from Men In Black.

Awesome to see Punisher, and glad he didn't blow White Tigers head off.
Fisk is such a great chracter and played perfectly.
I'm ready for Daredevil to whip some arse.
And i'll be the dumbass to say it, and i'm not one to get to much into the politics of it all b/c i'm tired of it and try to ignore it, but frick Disney and their woke bullshite.
What in the frick was the point of Leroy Bradford? His sob story is what's wrong with this country. The system isnt' making him a criminal, or making him starve. His lazy bum stupid career criminal arse is. He sits there and lies about stealing shite, then says we are going to spend more money to incarcerate him than what he stole to try to justify him being a fricking criminal. frick you Leroy, and frick you Disney for putting this stupid arse shite in this show when it has absolutely nothing to do with the premise of this show. That was a waste of 10-15 minutes of this show that could have been spent on actual Daredevil/Kingpin/Punisher shite instead of trying to say we shouldn't punish petty crime and the system is keeping the black man down.

But Matt stood up to him. When it seemed that Matt conceded Leroy his point it was really the only way to shut the guy up. This is the exact kind of shite that public lawyers put up with daily.
But I think Leroy will play a bigger role on down the line.

Seeing what Disney has put out I would bet that they wrote Frank as the leader of the crooked cops with the Punisher tattoos. That would go against everything the punisher stood for so I can see Bernthal recoiling from that take on his character.

That's pathetic speech from Leroy was on par with the Falcon/Senator speech. bullshite

No he didn’t, and then he got him a lesser sentence.
And he let him continue to be disrespectful to him then entire time when he did all that for free. frick that guy and frick the writers for that.

This show is a snoozefest so far

The title of the episode was "Sic Semper Systema" roughly translated to "All to the System". Both Fisk and Matt became constrained by the System in different ways. Fisk couldn't exercise absolute power in getting his port project pushed through and was forced to work within the system and that resulted in his return to his Kingpin persona. Matt's attempt to work in the system to do what he perceives as good was illustrated Bradford.
The duality of Daredevil has always been Matt's bleeding heart vs Daredevil's brutality and conviction. Daredevil is the aspect of his personality that allows him to go to any means necessary while Matt is more restrained. Without Matt, Daredevil would be the Punisher in a red suit.
Leroy Bradford was the straw that broke the camel's back in a sense. Anyone that has been caught up in the criminal justice system has sympathy for Leroy. Yeah, he's a petty criminal and a not so good person, but he's been helped down the path of becoming a career criminal by the SYSTEM. But he's a petty criminal. Trespassing, panhandling, shoplifting, parole violation etc. I don't think Matt read off an assault charge or anything that rose to physical violence. I could be wrong.
But why Leroy doesn't deserve sympathy, empathy may be in order. Without help or a good support system, getting out of the Criminal Justice churn of offend and reoffend is almost inevitable. Catch a small charge, get on the cops radar, get shaken down every time they see you, every time you get in your car, you get pulled over and your car tossed, your late to work, you lose your job and now you've violated your probation and you're tossed back in jail for a couple of weeks, now you lose your apartment, so you panhandle and steal and get picked up and violated again. This is not uncommon and wholly believable.
It's also completely understandable that someone like Leroy who has been powerless for so long will take power wherever he can, like on the attorney that HAS to represent him, so, he lashes out at a captive audience.
This is all completely believable. Leroy is not a respectable person, but he is believable as the reason Matt dons the mask again. The System is grinding down a weak man while real criminals walk free -- because it's easy to grind the weak. And that pissed him off.
Scene made complete sense in the context of the story. The only thing that made no sense was his insistence on probation rather than 7-10 days to the door. No criminal wants to be on probation rather than spend a week in jail because of the potential to get violated and do a longer sentence and the cycle to start over.
Also, they wouldn't have put Leroy on screen for that long if he won't have an impact later in the season in some way.
