Surprised no one lost their mind over the trans person being interviewed.
Wasn’t important enough to bitch about, but it was noticed.
Just more evidence the show runners are Disney dumbasses that aren’t 100% invested in making a good quality show.
I’m hoping they can redeem themselves in the last 3 episodes but I have very little faith in that.

I loved episode 5, I'm a sucker for any sort of bank robbery story. I agree it feels a little out of place though, I would love to hear why it was in there. I would be willing to bet it's an episode they had shot prior and they could have inserted it almost anywhere in the season.

It definitely felt this way. On the one hand I appreciate them trying to connect the MCU with the Kamala stuff, but on the other hand I don't care about Ms marvel and a lot of the newer characters. You're right though. That could have been episode 3 or episode 8. It really had no connection to anything other than to say hey Matt Murdock exists in the D+ universe.

Longest fricking bank robbery ever. This series pales in comparison to the old one.

Yep, Muse got the Disney treatment. Tbh, was liking the first couple episodes.

What could save it...maybe, is Matt looking up at the start of the next episode to perceive Heather's corpse hanging from a chain and then a series of flashbacks that connect Muse to Heather's allusions to a troubling patient rather than the Fisks -- as we've been led to believe. Matt goes into shock and Muse escapers setting off a really high energy last three episodes. It's a cheap trick but it would work.
We know Heather is going to die and we haven't seen the Purple Man this season, so it's likely going to be Muse or Fisk that kills her. At this point, Muse makes more sense.

Great episode tonight

I'm not so sure. They really wasted Muse as a character and Heather should probably have died. But her suicide might happen in the last episode as her guilt overcomes her or something.

I thought this last episode was a complete snoozefest.
These last 2 episodes are directed by the two guys they brought in to fix the series, so hopefully they succeeded in fixing this show.

I’m glad I am not the only one that was bored by this episode. Tbh, something feels off with the series after the bank episode. The tone and/or acting has shifted. I can’t put my finger on it.

It is a shame Matt and Spiderman won't interact again on the big film.
Charlie Cox is just made for this role.
I hope they start making Fisk an incredibly popular mayor so that the actual good vigilantes have an uphill battle to climb.
I think Fisk taking credit for Daredevil saving Heather is pretty great tbh

Why would he? She set Luka up for Fisk. That's why Buck was there waiting in the shadows.

The bank episode was kind of the shift from original episodes that were shot and everything (well a lot of stuff, not everything I'm sure) after is the new stuff.

It feels like a collection of one shots. You can clearly tell it was rewritten and reshot. Individually the episodes are good because Charlie and Vincent are so good (as are the supporting actors) but put together it feels disjointed.

I found myself watching the "I beat you" scene from the S3 finale this morning, and it reminded me that Matt threatened to go after Vanessa if Fisk reveals his identity. I've seen a lot of people ask if Fisk is going to tell the city who Daredevil is at the end of this season, and the threatening Vanessa thing really adds an interesting layer to that.

Show has low key sucked and is only getting by because of Charlie and Vincent.
Heather is an empty shell I DGAF about.
Cherry is useless exposition plot mover that should have just been Mahoney.
Muse was a colossal letdown and just another crazy loser. The Taekwondo exposition and bullet points of his backstory was hilariously bad writing. Dex had actually development and motivation and interest.
There was are cuts in the old footage scenes than the old Bourne trilogy.
I’m tired of being told shite instead of shown shite.

It's why I stopped watching and canceled my Disney+ subscription after the third episode. It just became wholly uninteresting to me. It is trying to stand on the shoulders of better creators and it's failing dramatically.

The tension building of that episode was fantastic. Will be interesting to see how Matt gets off the mat (no pun intended) next week. Does Bullseye play a role somehow? I’m glad he’s at least out in the wind. Daredevil vs Taskforce, Bernthal will make an appearance. Lot of intrigue for the finale
