This is one of my all time favorite shows and I’ve only seen it when it aired. So rediscovering it is a really wonderful treat.
I never watched season 6 so I can’t wait for that.

Same here, I've only seen seasons 1-3 and that was around 8 years ago so I'm basically watching it for the first time. I'm loving it and enjoying the ride, great show.

Just hit season 3 and they are already planting the seeds that grow into the suckage of season 4

Pierce wasn’t the villain in that episode. He was the only one who didn’t pity Neal. Neal needed Pierce to motivate himself and take responsibility and pride in himself.
