I still absolutely fricking hate any time the kid characters are on screen though. It’s so overblown and dramatic, and the amount of illegal shite that they seem to literally get away with is annoyingly unreal. Plus most of the kid actors are just shite anyway, with Tory and Hawk being the worst offenders. And all of the long, drawn out fights that never end feel awkward and stupidly choreographed.

you could argue daniel's cousin would be in prison for torching johnny's car but you have to take this in the same vein as shameless where the characters get away with murder..its campy fun that doesn't take itself too seriously.
just sit back & enjoy.

Yeah that was great.
Him snapping at Daniel in the bar insisting he buy his drink, then condescendingly saying he doesn’t drink had me cracking up. The howling laugh after giving him the honk might be the best moment of S3
Typical of bitch arse Daniel to not tell Kumiko that maybe her and Chozen should give it try. They seem perfect for each other and both could be happy. But Daniel likes the idea of her still pining for him
It was perfectly set up when Daniel asked if she ever got married and she said “No one else ever fought to the death for me”
All he had to say at the end after he saw how much Chozen had changed was, “You know Kumiko, there is another guy right here in Okinawa that fought to the death for you. Maybe you two have some things to talk about as well.”

Because her and Kimiko were in on the plot from the beginning to try and convince Larusso to come to Okinawa so that Kimiko would get another chance to woo the only man she ever truly loved. The whole bit was orchestrated to make Daniel think coming to Okinawa was all his idea, but nothing was coincidental.

The "fall in love twice" line in the letter followed by her look was basically her dropping her pants
Daniel knew it too. It makes me wonder if he tagged it in between scenes.
Either way, their reunion made Daniel out to be a douche
