it was dumb as frick. it could have made sense if they did it before the challenge (maybe even after?) and were like no jungle this week, girls team got sent home early.
but dragging them all out there and shite AFTER a team rightfully lost a challenge and another team got voted in is horseshite.

The only thing they could've done that would've been better was to have them vote on who to send in and then have TJ tell them right then that there'd be no jungle. You had to let them vote, though.

Was going back this week and watching some old episodes of the Challenge from a while back, like 10 years ago. I had forgot about a lot of the older people especially the ones that were on Road Rules (which I used to like and wish they'd bring back BTW). The challenges themselves used to be a lot gamer too. Not everything was jumping off a cliff and such. Good memories.

I went back to first Battle of the Seasons from 2002. I think it was the first challenge in a format similar to what we have now. It was one where one of the chicks from Road Rules brought her kid with her. A lot of the older ones are on YouTube.

Her name was Belou, some European chick from one of the early Road Rules seasons. She was called out for it quite a bit. They even had two ex Road Rules players (though on separate teams) that were married at the time of the Challenge. Like I said, this was the first season of the Challenge in its current format. I think the first couple of seasons were more just like a Road Rules format. So it hadn't turned into the drunken mess it is now. And like someone else said I think Puck did bring his family on one of these.
Here was the cast from the season I just watched. I had actually forgot about some of the people until I just watched it again.

It was just a baby but it was there. Earlier seasons were shitshows except for when Julie tried to murder Veronica.
