I could see Javier Bardem in the role, given some effects work for height, of course.

None. They are all terrible. They tell one sided stories with poor casting and we already know the ending.

I would like to see a movie made about Joseph Beyrle, the only man known to have fought in the U.S. Army and the Soviet Red Army in World War II. The book "Behind Hitler's Lines" about Beyrle is a fantastic read. What this guy went through in the war was insane.

So him just singing Chantilly Lace over and over for 90min?

The other two at least had an anthology of songs.

BTW - Lou Diamond Phillips has been trying to get a movie made about his friend Brandon Lee for 20 years.

Watch Stanley Kubrick's Boxes - his work is much more interesting than the man

I used to say Leo DiCaprio as Teddy Roosevelt - but he might have gotten too old.

I like this one but would be hella hard to cast the lead role

He’s too old now probably but I always get strong jimmy vibes from Kyle Chandler.

Hal Needham - could be funny fun and tragic. Somebody would have to play Burt though
