Of ones not mentioned, Kent Mansley is high up there. Bullies women and children, massive inferiority complex, and orders a nuclear strike on a town simply due to pettiness. He’s also voiced by Shooter McGavin. What an a-hole.

This was the first movie I saw Dillon in. I've hated him ever since, no matter what character he played.
I could barely watch the Flamingo Kid because he was still that douche bag Moody from My Bodyguard to me.
