Holly will just nominate Nick and Sam, Sam will win veto, and she'll put up Nicole after Christie doesn't have to use her power again (Thanks, Cliff). This season is getting bad, and Cliff choosing to honor the deal with Christie is how the Six Shooters will bulldoze through this game. Cliff had the chance to really shake it up.

cliff is a friggin moron. I'm sure it feels good to have 2 more weeks "guaranteed" of safety in the house, but then what cliff? In 2 more weeks you'll just have 2 less allies on your side. It's astounding to me that people don't realize hey, there is a core, solid 6 person alliance that are good at comps and completely running the house...nobody has the slightest chance to do anythign unless we break them up.
I saw something on teh bb subreddit (this is old now, probably from last week) where sam mentioned his goal is to not rock the boat or take big shots becuase he's only wanting to make jury. That pisses me right off and is the exact kind of player the show doesn't need. Why do so many people just play for jury anyway? I relize they'll still get paid but why not get paid in the house with a chance to win instead of getting paid in the jury house bored as hell all day?

The people that absolutely had to win HOH last night went down in four of the first five falls last night - one couldn't make it through the commercial break and the one that fell last out of this group made it 15 minutes when the winner/runner up went two and a half hours.
The comp was a dud because of that. It didn't matter who won; Christie's power plus the people remaining meant that Nick and Sam were a lock to go up. Just what Grodner wanted with serving up an endurance comp - the athlete and two dancers made it to the final three.

exactly. Level 6 were at least likeable so that was good tv to see who was going to turn on who and when. Even when the inevitable happens and it's only the six shooters left, WGAS what happens next becuase they all suck.
What's also irksome is that I'm SURE that when this is all over anlice and holly are going to talk for years abotu how great a players they were for making it to the end when in reality they're nothign but forgettable background furniture. Last night was the first time either has done anythign even remotely worthwhile.

The good news is we're under 30 days to college football, a few weeks from fall camp. Once we reach that point, to hell with this season.

just for fun, so I can imagine in my head a scenario where this season is actually fun and entertaining...
what would have happened if cliff had christi not use her power, then when jackson pulled himself off cliff nominated christie as the replacement? I mean how woudl the votes have gone and who would go home?

I just don't get it. The guy battles his way back AND proceeds to win HOH. How do you not make a big move there. He should have lied his arse off to Christie and put her up. If you don't take your shot at that point then you obviously don't want the money.

Not really just on Cliff. The rest of the house had a chance to tie the vote and they didn’t do it. I think it came down to the fact that Bella screwed over so many people and was so hated, that no one was going to keep her, even if it helped their game.
I still think there is a scenario where most of the main alliance start working with Cliff and turn on Christie. Christie almost fricked their alliance big time, and Cliff kept his word and showed his loyalty.
