Biff attempts to rape and actually does physically assault Lorraine

George made him his bitch.

Biff was just a product of systemic familyism. Biffs parents were dead and he had to grow up in a broken home with just his grandma while George and Marty had the privilege of a 2 parent home.

Biff did nothing wrong folks, just a product of the system.

I was really young the first time I saw Back To the Future, and didn't get that Biff owned a detailing business at the end. I thought he was washing George's car and getting his mail because he was still scared of him all those years later and was basically a slave.

it wasnt until Marty went back in time that George didnt ask her to the dance and things escalated to that point

now...why after creating that new reality was Biff's services still retained instead of paying someone else...

George being bullied by Biff on a subconscious level even decades later still enjoys that Biff is beneath him and has to see how much better his life turned out while literally cleaning up where the bird shat that day.

Not excusing Biff's behavior at all, but to be fair once he had money (in the alternate timeline) Lorraine married him. And she married him on purpose, even if she wasn't happy about it.

Biff should definitely have gone to jail for assault and attempted rape, but Lorraine isn't innocent either.
