The back and forth in this thread sounds like those two guys in the BCS podcast bickering.

Frankly, I don't understand the bickering either. I am just trying to discuss a possibility where this show is headed. Some folks are cool and willing to discuss it, while others just go into attack mode rather than just giving reasons why I am wrong.

I get that some people are tired of reading about it, but if you look through this entire thread you will see that the only time I have posted about it is in response to others that brought it up.

When I do discuss it I try to show and tell why I think something is important or overlooked. If you disagree that's fine, sometimes these things can have more than one possibility, but let's hash it out and discuss the possibilities rather than just saying that's stupid.

The one thing I have said consistently is that Kim is somehow a major part of Saul Goodman's law firm behind the scenes. The rest is just details and those details will change as more info becomes available.

Why? People want to discuss the show, not write fan fiction.

I've already said your theory is a possibility - one that may never be proven or disproven since Breaking Bad ended in 2013, but this isn't the forum for hashing out every possible theory. We don't need every show thread to turn into Lost.

I am discussing the show. ISZA, Saul's desk in Kim's office, Kim's increasingly frequent bad behavior, Kim asking Saul for a dollar. All of this occurs in the show. I am just pointing it out and speculating what that means.

I think we should handle this like the Game of Thrones threads...

One thread for Ham and the J+K=S acolytes and one for normal people who don't think Just because the brand of beer Jimmy drank on the show was a Shiner Bock and that beer has both an "S" and a "K" in it, and since "J" was drinking it, offered to him by "K", well...

J+K=S bitches!

They should ban him for his continuous nonsense.

And as far as I'm concerned, I hope he shows back up like a man and takes the fisting he is going to receive when this show ends.

Do you remember what season and episode? My thoughts are also she has to die to make Saul...the real Saul we all know and love. The current developing version of Saul is just "Not Good" and he needs some serious event to make him "Break Bad" all the way.

Howard made mention it was 35 yr old scotch. The label said 1966, meaning it's currently 2001. I'm guessing 7 years pass from this point until BB events.

During the last episode there was a sign outside the court room for Jimmy's hearing that a sequence of numbers including "-2003". So I believe it's actually 2003 instead of 2001 and Howard is just being roundabout with his 35 year old number.

That's not how scotch age works. When you have a 35 year old scotch that means that the scotch used in the bottle was at least 35 years old when bottled. It doesn't mean the bottle is 35 years old. That same bottle of 35 year old scotch would still be a 35 year old scotch in 2017 because it not longer "ages" in a glass bottle. In other words you can't accurately determine the year based on Howard's comments about the 35 year old scotch.

I'll present it to you like this:

I didn't watch breaking bad, but my wife did. She misses a lot of things the board picks up on. For instance, in the episode before Gus appears Mike is staking out the restaurant. Someone here pointed out Gus' Volvo in the parking lot and how clean it was. Little things like that. My wife would never pick that up.

You're picking up on the desk and other things is why I like reading these threads.

What I don't like is how the threads get derailed into all these (your) theories that continually get beaten into the ground.

I do appreciate the attention to detail by you and the other posters, however most of us can do without the "fan fiction" like someone else pointed out.

I also realize it may not be that easy to draw a line between the two. Just my $2.59.

Show me one time in this entire thread where I brought it up. All I have done is respond to people that were talking about the theory or me.

Right or wrong I am not going anywhere, but the difference between you and I, is that I fully admit that I could be wrong.

If I am right though I expect you to be in attendance.

No he doesn't.

All he needs is a criminal sitting in front of him. He broke bad a long time ago.

Here is something else I found interesting. Ever since I noticed the link between Kim and Ice Station Zebra Associates I felt like it was important. Saul calls this his loan out. I wasn't that familiar with what a loan out was, so I looked up what a loan out was exactly.

A loan out is very similar to an LLC, except for one major difference. Loan outs are usually used by actors, film makers, and anyone involved in tv or film. This puzzled me. Why would Saul have a loan out instead of an LLC. The very next episode he starts a production company and my question is answered. I think we will see the formation of ISZA before long.

I was not saying such a scene was literally portrayed in BB. I was replying to the guy constantly carping that she is "behind the scenes" in BB.

Bottom line: you got some good advice. This is the movie/tv board, so you are free to start a thread on just this subject. Title it: "I Think Kim Wexler is Behind the Scenes on Breaking Bad."

Then, whoever wants to discuss and argue it will post on your thread.

But quit forcing yourself on this audience who would rather talk about the show itself than fan fiction and speculation. You feel like you have a captive audience here, which is chickenshit.

Let your theories stand on their own popularity and start your own thread. Quit bothering those who want to talk about the show itself.

Please show me one time where I have brought it up in this entire thread. Others are bringing it up and I have responded. So save your lecture for them.
