You pick and choose what you want your buzzfeed article theory to be every week. First it's that Saul Goodman is the criminal enterprise persona of Jimmy McGill and Kim Wexler. Saul is just a mouthpiece for Kim, who is the brains for all of Saul's illegal doings. They meet under the cover of darkness to launder money and commit felonies.
Now, your theory just means that Kim is still somehow involved in Jimmy's life during BB, we just never see her. I still don't buy the latter, but it's obviously more plausible than the ridiculousness of your original "theory." You obviously see that too and are now trying to back off of it.

It's so pointless to even debate his theory. The events of Breaking Bad take place 5,6, or whatever number of years after the present season of BCS, which probably won't overlap the original series so the theory will never be proven or disproven. He's just shitposting.

He has argued that his theory is true because Gilligan doesn't want to get rid of Kim at this point. When his theory has nothing to do with getting rid of Kim. Writing her into a show that has already been made has nothing to do with keeping her in a show that is currently being made. It's all absurdity, and there is no point in engaging it.

Completely overlooking the fact that they could be writing her into things that happened on BB simply because they can. Jimmy is naming things after someone he misses and is no longer in his life.

Please link me to all these articles you speak of. Maybe I will find something new that supports this theory. I have looked high and low for any tidbit that supports it and there's not much out there.
The one thing I have said consistently is that Kim is somehow a major part of Saul Goodman's law firm behind the scenes. The rest is just details and those details will change as more info becomes available.

They have already stated that BCS will cover before, during, and after BB. If they truly stick to the 1 year suspension for Jimmy we will probably see a time jump before long.

This is possible, but I think unlikely. There are a million different ways to show that he really misses Kim if they do in fact split. They took the time and effort to show us where the name originated from. I don't think they did this so they could set up a scene where Jimmy shows he misses Kim. Naming his loan out after really doesn't seem very romantic for lack of a better word.
They took the effort to show us that scene because it really matters. It is going to come up again and it's important.

He doesn't know who Gus is in BB. He knows of him, but doesn't know his name. If he does anything for Gus it would have to be indirectly. Maybe Mike having him do something.

In Breaking Bad, Saul says he doesn't know Gus (only that he knows somebody who knows somebody who knows him) when Walt is looking for a meth distributor to sell his ~40 lb cook. I don't think they work directly, just that Saul knew of Gus through Mike.

He does have to become pretty intertwined with Nacho at some point. In BB he is afraid someone is trying to kill him because of what he and Nacho have done.
Whoever he is afraid of speaks Spanish so it is probably the cartel. He also specifically mentions the name Lalo. So it appears Nacho betrays the cartel and/or Lalo with Jimmy's help.

The bigger events are Gus and Lydia beginning to team up and build the lab, and Nacho beginning to turn against Hector (and he may be the cause of the stroke).
