Why is everyone saying Kim was behind the scenes the whole time during BB? How are you drawing that conclusion?
Because Gilligan has been hinting at it for a while now.
quote:
Yup During breaking bad Saul goes home to kim as jimmy
Exactly. I have been screaming this for a while now. Everyone thinks it will take a break up or a death with Kim to bring out Saul.
Saul has been with us all along. He is just dealing with old people. When you see him talking about nephews and Cracker Barrel you are watching Saul. If you put a criminal in front of him you will see the same thing, but the conversation will be darker, not because of Saul, but because of the clientele.
quote:
One doofus is saying that and literally fricking up every thread with his bullshite.
The same doofus has been telling you that it wouldn't take a split with Kim to bring out Saul. I challenge you to go back and watch from the start of season 2 until now with an open mind. You will see all the signs that Kim is more than capable of being behind the scenes in Saul's business.
quote:
It's a possibility, but one or two posters think they're making their mark on society by pounding that theory over and over. Just don't even reply to them.
Dude, you aren't even sure who Lydia is and you are going to act like you above silly theories.
quote:
Kim 100% still behind the scenes in breaking bad times People on here will melt
Welcome aboard. The signs have been very subtle, but they have been dropping hints for a while. Kim will be with Saul one way or another. She may go willingly or may get dragged in like Skyler did with Walt, but She is going to be on team Goodman.
quote:
but I think ham is just playing into that shite now just to frick with people
Nope. I have shown plenty of evidence that they have been hinting at it. None of it is huge evidence by itself, but with all of it combined it should make you at least question the possibility.
quote:
Especially after something bad happens to Kim and he truly breaks bad.
Bad is already in his nature. Kim will be the one breaking bad.

Kim ain't behind the scenes. Sorry playas.
Please explain to me then why Jimmy's loan out is named Ice Station Zebra Associates. This doesn't make a whole lot of sense if they aren't together. When they watched the movie they could have had Jimmy say it was his favorite movie and everything would be explained with a pretty little bow. They chose to have Kim say it was her favorite because it was her dad's favorite. Now they have to address this when it comes time to form the loan out.
I guess Jimmy could have named it that out of depression of losing Kim. Some sort of self torture. But if you will google how a loan out works it makes a lot of sense that Kim set this up and is the one maintaining it because that is her specialty. She is a business lawyer, and a loan out requires constant maintenance so that the IRS doesn't think it is being used for tax evasion.
I believe you are one of the ones that kept telling me Saul would be born when Kim left him. He was just born with Kim on the couch next to him.

I think he was born in the alley way back in Illinois.

Howard made mention it was 35 yr old scotch. The label said 1966, meaning it's currently 2001. I'm guessing 7 years pass from this point until BB events.
During the last episode there was a sign outside the court room for Jimmy's hearing that a sequence of numbers including "-2003". So I believe it's actually 2003 instead of 2001 and Howard is just being roundabout with his 35 year old number.

Jesus h Christ we know what you think and don't need to see it on every god damned page of every BCS thread.
There's a reason why you were called out on page 1 and again throughout this thread.

There are 3 straight pages talking about it without a single post from me. I make one post to respond and it's my fault.
There is a reason they are talking about it. It's because it's starting to happen. Is it okay with you if we discuss it once it happens on the show or should we submit each post for your approval before posting.

So I believe it's actually 2003
The handyman magazine Mike was reading a couple episodes ago was from 2002.
Posted on 5/16/17 at 7:37 am to Ham Solo
Yea, so he could be reading a slightly older magazine. Jimmy's case number was "CR-2003113081". I don't know what all of the sequencing numbers for the New Mexico Bar association means, but the first four numbers would seem to indicate the year.

It's a lot like the South Park threads and Breesus going: "South Park sucks now, Matt and Trey aren't even trying, worst episode ever" in every. single. episode thread.

I read the threads for the last 3 episodes last night. People are really stupid or they're just too busy posting to pay attention

I'm still not gonna rule out Ham's theory. Saul's technically out of the game for a year, but it's not unreasonable to think that someone like Mike, or maybe even Nacho, is gonna need to lawyer up in less than 12 months' time. They'll come to Saul, who'll have to steer them in another direction, and that "other direction" could be Kim.
I'm not a "team Lydia" person, but I think she catches more shite than she deserves. The scene in BB where she was threatened into lying on the telephone, I thought her fear was pretty damn palpable...that was some great acting there IMO.

Yeah, 35 years is how long it was aged in the cask. You can buy a bottle of 20 year bourbon and in 15 years it is still considered a 20 year bourbon, not a 35 year.

It's currently 2003 on BCS.
Hector got all worked up last night about Tuco stabbing someone while in prison. Said by Hank in "Grilled", season 2 episode 2: "We're pretty sure he knifed a Mexican national in '03."

Oh, remember when Walt and Jesse kidnap Saul and take him out to the desert and Saul says "I wasn't me, it was Ignacio! He's the one!"?
Maybe Jimmy helps Nacho is some way in taking out Hector? That could definitely be a factor in him going "Full Saul". Especially if he involves Kim in any way.

I was cracking up during Hector's rant.
I'm not a sociopathic high ranking member of a Mexican cartel but I was able to empathize with his frustration with really stupid people that can't get out of their own way.

No one is talking about Chuck's walk to the pay phone to call the doctor. Any theories on what he's up to?
Posted on 5/16/17 at 9:29 am to Jimbeaux
He is recognizing that he has a problem, and he is trying to seek treatment. They showed him trying to test himself with the battery to get over his "allergy." Now he is going to start seeing a psychiatrist. This is his first step on the road to recovery. Or at least the attempt.
