Mike's speech to the pill guy was foreshadowing Jimmy and Chuck.
Jimmy is going to be a criminal, the "criminal lawyer", but is a still a "good person".
Chuck will stay on the right side of the law, but is as dirty and "bad" as they come.
Chuck is Walt if he hadn't sold his share of the company early on. Rich, brilliant, powerful, idolized, and a complete sonofabitch who cares about nothing but himself.
Sheds an interesting light on Saul's relationship with Walt given the similarities to Chuck.

No idea. Would be cool I guess, but at this point Better Call Saul has established itself pretty well as a show that doesn't require too much fan-service.

For those who don't know, Giancarlo Esposito has very publicly declared that he would like to appear in a couple of episodes of BCS, and then have a one-season "Rise of Gus" spin-off. I think it's a great idea to get a one-season back story on Gus.
