I haven't spent much time in the middle of the country, but when I went to the UGA/OkSt game in 2009 we flew into wichita and then drove south to stillwater.
My dear Lord...it was the most boring drive of all time. Just vast expanses of completely flat nothingness in all directions for like 2 hours straight.

One thing no one has really mentioned specifically is how Jimmy viewed his relationship with Chuck. During his time of trying to become a respected lawyer, the only thing Jimmy wanted was to be in an office with Chuck. That's it. Every time it came up that's what Jimmy mentioned. 'Finally out of the mail room'. 'McGill brothers at law'. 'Me and you chuck' etc...And beyond that, Jimmy truly loved his brother. He was the only one who took care of him. The only one who believed he could get better.
And think of all of the bullshite Jimmy went through really without complaining for Chuck's respect, admiration, love etc. That's the only thing that mattered to Jimmy.

That's exactly my issue with it. It seems like personally the drive for me would have been to prove him wrong.
I couldn't disagree with all of you who believe this more.
The best way to get back at Chuck isn't to prove Chuck wrong by becoming Chuck.
The best way to get back at Chuck is to make Slippin' Jimmy a HUGE SUCCESS.

I don't get the hate for this episode. It had some great slippin Jimmy moments, and the rant at the nursing home was fricking hilarious . It was a great transformation from him being a reformed con legit lawyer right back to his old ways, except now he's got a law degree and he knows there's tons of dirty cash to be made.
Great set up for season 2 IMO
Absolutely this, thank you.
The ADD Generation demands that *everything* be bigger, better, and more exciting than that which comes before though.

I have a sinking feeling that in a future episode, we're gonna see Saul coming home from work at Cinnabon, turning on the TV, and learning that after many years, HHM finally won the Sandpiper lawsuit, to the tune of nine figures (or some absurd amount).....how he reacts to that is anyone's guess, lol...

yea if you drove from Neb to Oki it would be 4x that easy.
Now you see why the smart settlers got to the west side of Mo and said, "nope, that's far enough".
