I always loved the opening montage in Rocky III. Eye of the Tiger, Rocky defending his title, and Clubber working in the gym while Rocky does commercials. It set up the rest of the movie perfectly.

I was going to say the "Forefathers" scene that starts off History of the World Part 1, but just realized that no credits are rolling so it doesn't qualify.
