Damn this show is funny. Mclovin is the fricking GOAT. In my opinion it’s in the 2nd tier of best supporting role in a comedy ever (tier 1 is rdj in tropic thunder and he has no equal). Great way to reminisce on my childhood while I stay indoors if you need to kill a few hours and havent watched it in a while I’d take a stroll down memory lane

One of the few movies I laughed out loud at constantly in the movie theater

I think it's basically a perfect high school movie for anyone that graduated in the early 2000s.

It will never get old for me.

Agreed. It came out my senior year. I remember seeing it in theaters thinking it was the funniest (and most accurate) movie i've ever seen. And I still do.

You don't want girls thinking you suck dick at fricking pussy....

My mind exploded at the profoundness of that statement when I was 18 and saw this movie

There’s a throw-away line that kills me when they’re with McLovin at the bar.

Rogen & Hader are talking about Bill’s ex being a whore and meeting his new S.O. at paintball.

Between pulls of beer Seth says “yeah, you’ll meet her.”

"Uh, it's 10:33"

I definitely waited until 10:33 to post this.

That movie will always be fricking hilarious. They don’t make them like that anymore.

It came out the summer between high school and my freshman year at LSU. Saw it in theaters with high school buddies before I left for school, then again with new friends at LSU.

It is a perfect high school movie, and it resonates with me even more because it captured a moment in life at the exact time it was happening to me.

This movie was a perfect portrait of hs life for me in the mud/late 2000’s. The slang, thought processes, constant ribbing, awkwardness, crudeness, music, fashion, etc was all spot on.

It came out 5 years after I graduated HS but it was exactly spot on. I actually got nervous when McLovin was trying to use the fake ID just like I did in HS

“McLovin? Just one name? Who are you...Seal?”

“Take off your vest. You look like Pinocchio.”

Superbad is to the 2000s what Clueless was to the 90s and Breakfast Club was to the late 80s and Fast Times was to the early 80s. Perfect time capsules into high school life at the time.
