The movie is definitely not an award winner, but it is an above average film. It is a whole hell of a lot better than the majority of the swill pushed out by the major studios. I agree with the other posters that the ending was a big let down, however I would watch again.

Damn some really really dumb mother frickers in this thread. Might be the record for most posts with more downvotes than upvotes. Baby Driver is definitely one of the best and most exciting movies of 2017. If you don't like that movie, then I can't imagine what you guys think is a good movie.

yeah this is the thing (and i hate saying this)
the total immersion in the movie (sound in particular) is important. it's a great experience but not a great film
the movie is very energetic and projects it onto the audience, and that just isn't as translatable in most home viewings

Everything Great About Baby Driver
The Everything Wrong With is good too.
I thought Baby Driver was a really fun watch. Not perfect, but I enjoyed it. If this movie is an embarrassment to you, you need to watch way more movies.
