Isn't there one more that hasn't been seen in the films yet:

Space Stone: Loki (Tesseract)
Mind Stone: Vision
Reality Stone: Thor 2 -> The Collector (Aether)
Power Stone: Ronan -> Nova Corp
Time Stone: Doctor Strange

???

It'll be very interesting to see how they juggle so many characters.

Also, TLJ and this films opening weekends might out gross the entire run of Justice League.

Yeah, now I remember that theory. But I like BilJ's guess better. With so much going on in Wakanda, it's probably there.

Clearly showed Thor a number of times.
He is the guy with one eye at the end.

SPOILERS for THOR: RAGNOROK

Thanos ship shows up at the end of Thor and you assume Loki has the Tesseract again (which this trailer proves). So it looks like Thor is thrown out in space and saved by The Guardians. This was the very last clip.

guessing it'll be the reason behind their advanced technology. Otherwise I don't know why it would be a main battle front unless Thanos considers it a threat he needs to knock out first

Only thing that would do it other than there being a stone would be that it's just where all those characters happen to be when Thanos shows up. We still have the Black Panther movie before IW. But I'm not sure how it makes sense for Thanos to either be there or send his horde there without a reason.

That was just about perfect. Now, it's just the trailer, so it could be misleading, but that was a pretty incredible trailer.

It answered my biggest concern: making Thanos look intimidating. So far, he's looked way too cartoony to be threatening, but he looked like a genuine scary villain here. The MCU has a well-documented villain problem, they need Thanos to work.

It's been hit or miss with me. Hela was fantastic. Loki's development has been one of the best parts of the universe. But outside of those two, it's tough to think of a really good one.

That was awesome.

I sure hope Korg makes it off the ship with Thor. Also didn't see Ant Man in the trailer, or did I miss it?

Oh shite, I missed that part the first time. Stopped watching it when the avengers logo showed.

So for the non-comic reader, who is the guy that shows up from that portal and puts what looks like stones in his fist and knocks out Iron Man? And which previous Marvel movie would he be linked to?

That's Thanos. And he's been in only one actual movie that I can think of: Guardians of the Galaxy. His other appearances came in bonus clips. In GOTG he was giving help to Ronan. The green and blue girls are his "daughters".
