Avengers 4 title is...

If true, I don't like it...unless somehow the Annihilation Wave is Thanos' response to how the Avengers reverse his actions.

I’m not buying it. The title of A4 was supposed to be a spoiler, that’s why it was not released before A3. Annihilation is not a spoiler, too generic. Plus, there was a movie called Annihilation last year. I suspect the title will suggest time travel (time stone) or the “Soul World” realm with in the soul stone, whatever the key to undoing the “snap“ turns out to be.

I’ll believe it once Marvel makes it official, probably with the first trailer. Annihilation is not a bad title, but it’s not a spoiler and it’s a totally unrelated comic story that they haven’t done yet. Seems unlikely.
Based on speculations of what it’s about, I think the original rumored title Infinity Gauntlet would have been the best choice.

Another rumored title was “Endgame”, which I also like. I hope they reveal almost nothing about the movie before it’s release. Everyone is going to come back and watch after that cliffhanger.

The Mortal Kombat sequel is the only Annihilation in my book and you can't tell me otherwise.

I thought End Game was pretty much solidified as the best guess to this point. Annihilation would seem to add confusion as that seems like a better fit for the 1H. Or maybe we don't get the "happy" ending we expect in the 2H.
