I highly recommend his autobiography. He is extremely intelligent and calculated.

Yes, poor Lou was mind raped many times by Arnold.

Talks the most insane shite you've ever heard right to his competition's face, and they don't even really know it. Then, he charms Lou's mother and father after wiping the floor with their son. Spends 2 hours telling some new German stud up and comer how to pose, then proceeds to frick his routine up so bad he gets kicked off the stage.

I was in elementary school when Schwarzenegger was Chairman of the President’s Council on Physical Fitness.

Mr. Former Chairman, you taught us to win with honor, you son of a bitch. You have besmirched the honor of the Presidential Physical Fitness Test. May your dishonor haunt you to the grave.

I did 60 sit ups, 100 push ups, and 20 pull ups for that bastard.

Franco is one of the few guys Arnold respected.

Franco also should have won the final pose down. He was superior from a symmetrical and size and definition standpoint, but Arnold had the charisma and the smoothness to his routine. He also had the aura of being a 5 time champ. Franco had no chance.

Franco I believe also made this cameo in Conan The Barbarian:

I love when he’s talking to the guy repping 405 or whatever on squats like, “come on now, let’s get serious...”

Not gonna lie, the look on his face when he talks about Franco reminds me of Joe Burrow in some of his interviews. Joe knows he's better than anyone you put in front of him, just like Arnold.

His face at 1:04 mark

Franco in this might be tGOAT physique. He was just not treated fairly due to the judges being overwhelmed by height/fame.
