Arnold in Pumping Iron is easily his most alpha portrayal of all... And its real

Pumping Iron is free on YouTube right now. I watched it for the first time in years.
I cannot get over the amount of charisma and the absolute fricking alpha of alphas approach Arnold had to everything in life.
It's obvious from the clips that he was going to be a star.
Father dies... Screw it, I got a competiton in 2 months. He's dead. Too bad. I'm not going to the funeral in Austria.
Lou Ferrigno.. If he shows up looking better than me, I'll mind frick him so bad the night before, he'll lose.
Dude goes to a federal prison and poses for 1 chick and 50 dudes, all just fawning over him, and then he turns the gayness around on them. "You want a kiss, too?"
Talks the most insane shite you've ever heard right to his competition's face, and they don't even really know it. Then, he charms Lou's mother and father after wiping the floor with their son.
Spends 2 hours telling some new German stud up and comer how to pose, then proceeds to frick his routine up so bad he gets kicked off the stage.
And the perhaps the most brutal, alpha line I've ever heard, especially for the time period.
Director: "But what about Franco? He's too smart to fall for that stuff, right?"
Arnold: "Franco is pretty smart, but Franco is a child. And come the day of the contest, I am his father." LINK
Other incredible lines:
Bodybuilder friend: "The wolf on the top of the hill is not as hungry."
Arnold: "That's true, but when he wants the food it's there."
The best scene of all is the breakfast with Lou and his father and mother. The amount of mind frickery and shite talking is on another level.

Franco is one of the few guys Arnold respected. He made Franco leave Europe just so he could train with him.

Never seen the movie, but that clip surprised me at how big Ferrigno is. He is towering over Arnold at the end of that clip, and Arnold is huge.

Was it this movie where he talks about teaching that guy to scream at the top of his lungs with every pose? That had me rolling. shite, it still does just thinking about it

That's what this story is about.
Apparently it was in Munich or somewhere and some young kid started asking Arnold all kinds of posing questions, so Arnold, who didn't want to give away any of his secrets, starts telling him about this "new" posing routine that was hot in America. You yell while you pose.
The higher the arms, the higher pitched the yell and vice versa.
Then the kid goes on stage and does that shite and the judges basically kick him out of the contest. It's unreal.

I guess I never paid much attention when watching the breakfast scene but I didn’t realize that was Lou’s parents sitting there...I thought it was some random bodybuilding coach and his wife. Arnold is fricking brutal for skull-intercoursing Lou in front of his parents.

fave scene is when they are squatting in the basement. Its an OLD school squat rack too. and he's just pushing franco to the point of failure. laughing the whole time. but it looked so raw. no fancy golds gym. just some shite squat rack in a basement with two baws getting ripped.
