Anyone think it’s weird that Daniel Tiger has a bunch of stuff shaped like a Tiger?

He’s got a Tiger shaped lunch box, a Tiger shaped backpack, a Tiger themed toy car.

Imagine if you sent your kid to school with a lunch box and backpack shaped like a generic person

I questioned the science of a oxy-gum in Marine Boy which gave him enough oxygen to swim underwater for hours at a time.

Even as a little kid. But because it allowed the stories to happen, I just went with it.

Why would a pop tart want to live inside a toaster, Rick? I mean, that would be the scariest place for them to live!

You're missing the point, Morty! Why would he drive a smaller toaster with wheels? I mean, does your car look like a smaller version of your house?

Switch your kid to cartoons you grew up with.
Boomerang app is about $4/month.
It's best for everyone.
Today's cartoons are effin awful.
I'll give Ready Jet Go! a pass.

Nah, you’re actually 100% wrong on this. Shows like Daniel Tiger teach kids lots of stuff about how to act. Actually my kid shared with another kid today and said he was like Daniel Tiger..,,

The cartoons I watched as a kid don’t teach me anything

While TB shouldn’t be a replacement parent it can actually supplement some. Like the other poster said the shite I watched as a kid was fricking mindless. Yeah I thought it was awesome but Daniel Tiger and shows like Number Bots or whatever it’s called are actually pretty solid for kids with moderate viewing.

Hell the “if you gotta go potty, stop and go right away” from Daniel tiger helped in potty training my oldest

Wait 80s cartoons were full of life lessons. Some like gi Joe would even highlight them at times. Plus they made you want to play with your friends with tactile toys.

Thank you! And yes my son watches some shows that don’t educate him for sure.... But Daniel Tiger is basically like an animated documentary of how to be a good person
