Season 6 just came out last night.

Thought it was ok. Ray has turned into a hermit that just mopes around depressed. Its sad as shite.

I dont know why they think thats interesting.

The meat of this show was seasons 1-4. I loved the Katie Holmes season.

I gave up last season. The episodes in the early seasons when he actually focused on being a fixer were great. Loved Mickey. I kept hoping they’d figure out that depressed Ray was boring. They didn’t. And they kept doubling down.

I’m done.

Anything to do with his wife, I lost interest.

Now that she’s gone and less talked about, I’m giving it a chance.

Last night gives me hope they can get back on track with what made it worth watching.

id about given up after last season but i thought the episode and previews for the remainder looked promising. its rare when dominick lombardazzo isnt playing a character thats an annoying POS, but his potential partnership with Ray intrigues me.

No. After the wife died it got way too dark and depressing.

The season looks like it has potential after finishing episode 1.

Ironically, the wife and I were just talking earlier about what a shite show last season was. She really hated it because of all the wife bullshite. I just read her all the posts in this thread and she laughed and said, "see, I told you!"

So S6E1 wasn't great but it was okay. We're watching 6.2 now ... let's hope it keeps getting back to where it was but Ray is a tired, worn out, depressed, pathetic POS right now.

He needs to get with the program. He's a fricking fixer gosh dammit.

I think Ray is on the verge of breaking out into his former punishing self. I liked the 11/18 episode the most this season by far. Last night was pretty good and building.

I enjoyed seasons 1-4 but lost interest, it's like the writers for the show either don't give a shite or have brain block.

Last season was unbearable, so I stopped recording it. I have been seeing previews, but can't bring myself to watch it again

It's actually pretty good. He's working for this ruthless Susan Sarandon character now and they seem to be a good fit.

It's back to where it used to be honestly ... baseball bat and all.

They've introduced a couple of new characters that have added to the interest and Micky ... well, y'all catch up, it's worth coming back to this season.

Ray is back to “fixin”...baseball bat in tow.
show is really good again.

The addition of some new characters has things very intriguing.

But some things remain the same as Ray can’t go 15 minutes without his phone ringing with another family problem. His clients are easy by comparison.
