Love it. Pre-Gump Tom Hanks at his best and one of Aykroyds top comedic performances.

Classic.

Possibly's Aykroyd's greatest performance. When an actor truly loves the original material that he's parodying, it shows.

Hanks is basically reacting to Aykroyd the entire film.

Standout supporting cast with Plummer and Coleman.

I love it. One of my favorite comedies. Actually watched it the other day for the first time in a few years and caught several subtle jokes that I hadn’t seen before. (“Look at all of the stars. Dozens of them!”) Pre-Oscar Tom Hanks at his best.

Alabama had a DL named “Pagan” several years ago. Whenever he made a tackle, in my nerd mind I was wishing “PAGAN” would come up on the jumbotron.

I think people forget how FUNNY Tom Hanks was back in the day. Very rapid fire like Vince Vaughn. Bosom Buddies, Bachelor Party, etc. He had to go and get all "serious" in Philadelphia, Gump, Castaway,...

It's probably been 25+ years since I last saw it, but I seem to remember that I liked the movie.

Is it on any of the streaming services? I'll have to check it out again.

Love the part where they drive up at the Pagan rally and Hanks says I’m Amel Muzz and I’m a Pagan. HA HA HA HA

He does that forced laugh

That was one of those movies that would come on cable all the time when I was a kid. Loved it. I miss Dabney Coleman too

Nothing In Common was also really good (and actually gave an early look at Hanks' dramatic acting cops)

Great stuff! I forgot all about it, so now I will make the family watch. They need to learn about the damn PAGANS!
