Excellent movie. And I'm saying that as someone who is not a big horror movie fan.

Did a rewatch of this last
night for the 2000th time. One of my favorite movies.

I'd let Nurse Price feed me anything anytime.

I “watched” her get killed by Chucky today in “Child’s Play 2.”

No shower scenes, unfortunately.

Some of the rockin' tunes from the American Werewolf are from a formerly Tulsa based group I got to be buddies with. Newquist and the guys got together in college and continued from there. They were a lot of fun to hang with. For AmWolfinParis they were flown to Europe and toured with the film crew.

"Backed by Hollywood Records the band released two national albums (Monsoon[4] and Attention Please[5]) and made appearances on two motion picture soundtracks (An American Werewolf In Paris and Varsity Blues). They also toured around the world, opening for such acts Kiss and Aerosmith. Even without national promotion or television exposure, Caroline's Spine continued to make a name for themselves around the country. Word of mouth and extensive, nightly performances helped keep the band on the road for most of 1998 to 2000." from Wikipedia

I still think this is the best version of a werewolf.

Always thought it was awesome looking.

An all-time transition scene to boot.

The subway scene is incredible.

The shot of the guy on the stairs and the werewolf shows up at the bottom of the screen is outstanding.

I saw this movie for the first time last year.

This movie holds up surprisingly very well. I dont think it gets the recognition it deserves.

The subway scene…

A couple of years ago, I was at that tube escalator and recognized it from the film. Pretty cool. (Unless I was completely fooled.)
