he actually looks better now than he did 10-15 years ago...good for him...there was a point when he possibly had some sort of skin condition, with several lesions of some kind...in that 2012 picture you posted, he obviously looks older, but healthier.

So essentially you mean any actor who aged?

No, I mean actors who bear little resemblance to how they looked in their 30s and 40s. Actors who if you posted a side by side of then and now you would be hard pressed to recognize them as the same person.

Shocking. Guys who are 60-70 don't look like they did when they were 25. I simply can't believe that.

those look as expected to me. Life happens. Val Kilmer, on the other hand, looks like pure shite.

No. You mentioned actors as old as 72 years old looking different than they did when they were in their 20's.

Pacino, Alec Baldwin, and even Mel Gibson look drastically different than they did in their 20s.

Can you please show an example of someone who is in their 70's that looks similiar to the way they did in their mid 20's?

Fox - that's 30 years, brah. We forget sometimes that his career was fairly slow - he was 30 in American Graffiti and 40 in Bladerunner, he has some lines and age even then, although he still looked like himself.

Heck, Ford is old enough to be a Beatle or a Rolling Stone.

i certainly didn't recognize her after the surgery...i seem to remember reading that she later regretted it, and that she got fewer job offers afterwards.

Lot of these guys played characters 10 years younger than they were in their late 20's and on into their thirties. Sometimes the appearance of quick aging is just a matter of true age revealing itself, and perception

Why do guys in their 70's dye their hair? Seriously, your face looks like a relief map of the Mojave Desert but having every single hair exactly the same non-gray color is going to trick people?

Connery and Caine are two that spring to mind. It's still possible to see the young version in the aged face.

Hell, Brando, even with the weight gain, still had those strong features that showed through. I guess Nicholson might be another.

Some actors just age better than others. Whether that's good gene, health and nutrition or a killer plastic surgeon, I don't know.
