I’d love for Crowe to cameo in the next movie as a member of the admiralty

And we'll learn that in fact, the early 19th century British Navy was mostly black guys and lesbians.

In all seriousness I love the picture because it shows that Maximus is nothing but a baw from down under.

He also bears a striking resemblence to Tim Allen AKA Scott calvin proving that we may live in a universe in which russell crowe has knocked tim allen off a ladder and now delivers presents to kids at christmas time

Do it and give your review. To me, it's the perfect movie.

Great movie. I wouldn’t call it “perfect”, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Mutiny on the Bounty with Brando was better.

If you have seen only one movie with Brando, it can be great. But if you are a more mature individual who saw Brando in movies as they were released, after five or six, you saw Brando playing Brando instead of the character he was supposed to be.

Brando's PR was brilliant.

If done correctly, in the same spirit as 2004 film, it would be an awesome flick. I think people would flock to see it, a good action movie that isn't super hero based? I love super hero stuff but hell yeah, I'm in.

If anyone is interested in a rewatch, or God forbid the first watch, it is on Prime.

I watched it 15 or so years ago and remember I didn’t enjoy it.

Read your post, and figured I’d give it another chance. I’ve changed my mind on it. Enjoyed it very much.

Thank you.
