2 today. I knew from pic 1 that I had seen the movie but it was not enough info. The initials do help, now that I think about it.

I thought Thursday's was one of the movies based on Turman Cpote's In Cold Blood. I knew it couldn't be the 67 film with Robert Blake because they shot that one in B&W. I put Capote in for the PSH movie, and it wasn't a choice. I thought about is for a few minutes and remembered the Ryan boys' mother seeing it out the window, and going out on the front porch.
That Saving Private Ryan scene is the one my mom sad hit her the hardest because she remembers the day her grandmother got the telegram telling her Paul, one of my great uncles, was killed. She said lots of houses on their street had the blue stars, and a few had the gold ones.
ETA: Another movie I thought about last night, but couldn't remember the name, is Badlands (1973). I definitely thought it was a movie about a crazy pair of people that were murdering folks out in the country, before I remembered my mom telling me about her feelings on that scene.
This car was driven by Martin Sheen in Badlands.
It took me five today, but I've never seen that movie.

Never saw this one but I am not overly familiar with the main actors body of work in the last 10 years other than his last 2 that were more popular.

Struck out today. 
Only after seeing the name revealed, and looking up the movie poster, did I remember watching this trailer several months ago. I never watched the movie, but I think I might this weekend. Looks wild.
