They would call it a lot more if it wasn't.

Bjorkstrand is having an amazing night, he is Seattle's offense

I've been watching the NHL since the late 1980s. I've never seen one person hit the post or crossbar three times in a game. Never mind do it and still score two goals.

Man, GTFO with this BS.

Bjorkstrand outplayed every one of the Avs’ big superstars tonight.

The Kraken got it done. Grubauer stood on his head. That’s the story of the game.

Seattle outplayed Colorado in the third period by a good bit, it seemed like Avs were done by then. Never really got close to the equalizer.

Seattle played better than Colorado over the entire series, even if the Avs were better by a good bit this game. Can't lose 3 of 4 at home, nor can you play from behind EVERY frickING GAME. Just can't.

While Eberle should have been suspended tonight and probably longer, it didn't really matter. Grubauer stole tonight he was fantastic really all series. Georgiev wasn't bad and made key saves mostly when needed.

Cale was off, Manson should have never returned, the whole thing was an uphill battle. Never understood why everyone thought Colorado would breeze through given how tough Seattle played them in the regular season.

As bitter as I am now, frick the Stars and go Kraken.

While I’m simply being petty, you know already that I agree with you.

Seattle deserved to win that in 5, not 7.

I hate expansion teams doing well early. There should be lumps, several. Expansion draft should be stacked against them enough to where the first year that they are even close to the playoffs is year 3, but that’s only with a perfect draft.

Final thoughts on the Avalanche season:

Stupid proud that they won the division despite all of the injuries. We may have sold out for the Cup last year, but obviously that paid off.

Adversity was a major part of it, the amount of AHL players due to injury.

Great season with the hands dealt, particularly without 92 all year.

With Boston out, let the games begin!

I remember. Who was the guy that was basically arguing against everyone else? I'm too lazy to find those posts. Wish someone could bump them.

Thank you Cats. Although that Tampa/Columbus series was a sweep

Funny that Cats helped out their Florida rival with the embarrassing choke job.

Let's just hope Boston doesn't come back after this and rattle off 2 straight cups like the Bolts did.
