Well this poster would fit the description, only around when winning. Shows up makes a few comments and if his team starts to lose he disappears again

19-3 in the top of the 9th. Let's all just appreciate watching the Yankees getting their arse handed to them

Nah, I just find Boston to be annoying in general. I'm a Reds fan.....we suck. I still think the Yankees get a split, or even take three out of four, although their pitching is horrible.

Can’t believe they left Tanaka in for that long

Me either. He gave up 12 earned runs. I've never seen that before.

Not sure there’s one guy in the starting rotation that I trust in a playoff game

but that bullpen isn't winning games in October.

I agree, but I really can't fault them for over paying for Kelly and Kimbrel. Hopefully Eovaldi can shore the bullpen up some.

I'm not sure if that's good or bad. It's pretty close to average. If you said 5th it means one thing, 20th means another. 9th is probably about where it should be right?

Ummmm there are 30 MLB teams, so 9th is near the top

they'll still win the World Series in a couple months

And pathetic Sox fans will still be clinging to this one game in July.

Yankees are 12th after last night now, so the 19 runs had a big impact. However, the pitching staff carried the Yankees earlier this month. After the London series, the Yankees only allowed 5 runs twice prior to the Twins series.so it has been a horrible 5 game stretch obviously as they've allowed 52 runs in their last 5.

I mean it's in the top third, and the team is 30 games over .500 so they have to be better than like 20th. I guess that doesn't tell me much.

This says they are 12th, which again, is pretty average. I'm not taking a shot but I wouldn't think screaming we are 9th or 12th in ERA is something to say you're really good at.

9th in ERA is fine, 12th after last night is not. So they need to have another 16 game stretch where they pitch well.

Boston was 8th in ERA
Houston won while being 11th in ERA

Amazing how different the Sox hitting looks when you take them out of the cheating confines of Fenway. Easier to hit when you know what's coming. It was a joy to watch crybaby Cora get tossed yesterday. Brought back memories of Warren Morris and The Homerun!
