Pretty much universal thought that Griffin dominated the Grizzlies in this one. Great deal for Pelicans.

Memphis must really love someone at 10.

Sent away Jrue to win a ring with the Bucks for Adams and Bledsoe only to trade them both away the very next year.

Not that I disagree with this particular trade, but it definitely indicates how bad the last trade was.

1) Pels don't need to have cap space to do a super max with Zion, they can go over the cap to sign him.

2) Zion isn't currently eligible for a super max now or in the future.

3) You can't do a sign and trade of a super max, they sign and have to be on the roster of the team that signed them for a full year

4) shut up

They sent Jrue away because he asked to be traded, and they did it for picks. Bledsoe was salary ballast.

Adams was stupid, though.

Its better to quickly fix your mistakes instead of letting them compound.

The Pels are in a perpetual rebuild. David "get picks" Griffin got picks! All the picks will be Griffs.

Local writer is saying they want Josh Giddey at 10. Dont quite know who that is but apparently an Australian player.

Is this a move for Kyle Lowry or to sign Lonzo to an extension?

Australian 18 year old that has done really well in the NBL. EXCELLENT passer, great size for position, below average defender, terrible shooter.

Teams are salivating at his potential because of his size and passing which is elite.

With his buzz he might not be there at 10.

Being a Pels fan is about as hopeless as following Q

Griffin might as well be Lin Wood
