Which actually would be great ACC team to replace Louisville although it'd never happen

Basically UL sold their sole for the ACC spot. The bad guys won.

Connecticut, Cincinnati, or West Virginia.

West Virginia would make the most sense

Would love for the WVU-VA Tech rivalry to played every year again.

I’d trade Missouri for Louisville any day of the week and twice on Sunday, but UK would throw a 5 year old temper tantrum.

Even with a basketball death penalty or near death penalty (a la Penn St), they will bounce back in basketball within 12 months after restrictions are lifted. Too much donor money.

You don't think SMU had money?

Take WVU.

Getting to play Pitt and VaTech would make many of us very happy.

Why would they get kicked out? They made them a member because of their academics if memory serves me right....

I know we all make jokes about kicking Missouri and A&M out of the SEC,

You think those are jokes? They are not. The overwhelming majority of people want this to happen.

Nope. SMU stayed in the SWC for a decade after their death penalty.

Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina would have their back as well per their agreement.

If they want a school that probably won't get them in trouble again, bring in Navy.

Their basketball teams might be trash, but their football team can't be any worse than BC, Syracuse and Virginia (at least in recent years)

No a lot of people bitched about their academics

Louisville?

In a perfect world the ACC would swap FSU and Clemson for KY and Vandy but schools don't want another school in their state, etc.

I think UL's ACC membership is in question.

This mess is going to cut deep.
