He owns the real home run record. It may say Barry Bonds at the top of the list, but everyone in America knows he got there by juicing.

Bonds was a sure-fire HOFer before his steroid use, but we all know he never would have broken the single season record or the career record if not for PEDs.
Bonds doesn't count cause he was juicing.

Aaron counts but admitted to using PEDs.

Makes sense...

Yeh, but Rolltide said Aaron admitting to using PEDs is just speculation

Trout could have a decent shot if he keeps having these 30/40 HR seasons.

Maybe I'm misremembering like Clemens, but I think Aaron himself admitted to it.

What I recall is him saying he did it 1 time, didn't like it and never did it again. So we're going to give him the benefit of the doubt on PEDs because...why exactly?

We just gloss over the fact that Aaron had some of his best/most powerful years near 40 years old.

There ya go.

The thing I remember is he said it made him sick so he never did it again, but I'd ask 2 questions...

1. As I already said, if we're not believing any players in the steroid era, why should we believe Aaron?

2. If true, what if it didn't make him sick? Then what?

I gave an honest answer

If you want a longer answer, just ask

HGH in most cases, but for some amphetamines will help more

Regardless, I didnt know we were here to qualify PEDs cheating to what counts and what doesnt

Not unless they submit an annual production rate on par with or exceeding Ruth and Bonds

Guys take amphetamines now.

I'm down with Bonds getting into the HoF.

But y'all are being ridiculous.

Not really

Sports athletes have cheated since the beginning of time

For some reason we only care about this one particular type of cheating because humans are dumb as frick and only care about what they "see"

And they can see results of steroid cheating

Its the same way nobody cares when tyreek hill beats his pregnant wife, but we lost our mind when we had video of ray rice hitting his

No

An already very big and strong athlete will benefit more from amphetamines in HR performance than HGH

His ability to be alert and help with motor reaction will be more beneficial than additional size and strength

Lets hear your argument to the contrary
