I wouldn't draft him as my 1st round pick unless he puts on some muscle.

Weird, he’s built very well. Similarly to wilson

Wilson, Brees....
They both have very over the top mechanics.

They drive the football down field and have aggressive wrists that they never get lazy.

Tua has a low elbow and lays his wrist down.

I'm not sure we can compare these guys and make it an asset for Tua.

Enos has started to fix that though. Enos is a great guy at fixing mechanics. He is underrated as a QB coach

i dont think he is an upper echelon prospect at QB. His short throws have zip but he lacks juice down field.

Just put on the film. And teams are gonna blow a load when they see those Yuge arse hand measurements at the combine.

It's all about pocket presence and anticipation in the NFL. Tua has it in spades. Hell if we talking zip downfield Deshaun Watson is considered the next prodigy and he ain't a dart thrower.

Doesn’t have the arm talent or size, it looks a lot easier when your surrounded by 5 sta4 talent. Look at all the busts they have had at RB

It should also be mentioned that he is surrounded by a ton of talent. What will he do when he’s drafted by, likely, an awful team in rebuild mode? A team that doesn’t have an incredible supporting cast?

I think there are a few more QBs in CFB that could be doing what he’s doing for Alabama.

Will he get a team that is head and shoulders more talented than everyone else in the NFL? I think Tua is very good but I would have a hard time tanking for anyone with that much talent around him. McCarron threw 30 TDs to 3 picks and was a heisman finalist his junior year at Bama, then got to the NFL and couldn't even beat out Nathan peterman this year.

Same reason all of their Heisman backs are either busts or backups, it’s a different world when there is parity. They arent running behind 5 star road graders against Georgia Southern

Lots of time for the scouts to poke holes in him. Sort of like the USC factor where the QB was driving a varsity team against a bunch of JV competition. Not that I agree but that was a school of thought

Reminds me a lot of Brees. He’s so calm and places the ball perfectly.

His accuracy is superb, you can’t teach that

Dare I say he is a LH Joe Montana? Similar build, very accurate, same size, highly accurate, mobile, very poised better athlete than you might think
