I think they're okay. Not a huge Buck fan, but Aikman is pretty good. I surmise most people hate him because he's a Cowboy which is completely understandable.

Get HD. The screen looks great on HD. That would fix the problem with the screen being in the widescreen format.

As for Troy Aikman and Joe buck, they're usually highly thought of as commentators.

Fox/Cox fixed it for the start of the second half.

They are the most biased announcers I have heard in a long time.

It was fixed at half time. Had it last week, as well, out in Metairie.

CBS cameras have seemingly been better for years, since the 1970s.

Apparently there are two rules when it comes to Fox:

1. In order to be a play by play guy, your daddy had to be a play by play guy.

2. In order to be a color analyst, you had to play in the NFC East. Bonus points if you are a Cowboy. If you don't qualify, it's okay if you went to Michigan, USC, or Notre Dame.

Fox is still way behing NBC and CBS in terms of watching a football game.

Collinsworth may be the most monotone announcer in football. I cannot stand the guy.

Biased which way?

I think they are solid and Aikmans football knowledge is dead on.

I always thought of CBS NFL presentation as second class.

The only time Brent Musberger was any good was when he was the main host on The NFL Today in the 1970s. He's been downhill for 30+ years, since.
