'Cause you'lll get hit by a truck and die.

Is this a case of Darwinism, or just bad luck?

I love Lincoln city. Cool little town. Probably just bad luck. The roads are pretty tight through towns on the coast and people are really bad drivers. Lots of alcoholics in those towns.

Maybe they will use it as a show and tell for kids.

Hey, kids, when you get laid off - you look for another job, you don't dribble a fricking soccer ball to Brazil.

I didn't see anything about a cause.

Looked like the guy wanted to escape reality and go on an adventure.

Not that I have a problem with that...

I just think his escape was incredibly stupid. I mean, dribbling a soccer ball on the highway? Come on...you half expect that he'd get killed by a car.

Someone will do it in his honor.

This is how fricked up we are as humans.

I played soccer all my life - even as a college athelete - and was a high school and club coach for 10 years. I love the game.

This was my first thought also....
