The reason people hate him is because hes good and that's the same reason they hate the heat. Nobody hates the lakers for joining superstars and trying to win a title again.....why because they sucked together

Man I use to love Dwayne Wade. Thinking back on how Shaq use to brag about how humble Wade was, and how good of a guy/player he was compared to Kobe. Man I ate that shite up. Now it's the exact opposite. I can't stand Wade.

Except that he wasn't.

People like to bash Bron for joining the heat usually conveniently forget that Kobe refused to play for the team that drafted him and "left" for Hollywood.

This is what Bryant's agent had to say about it:
quote:

“That is an impossibility,” Bryant’s agent, Arn Tellem, said at the time. “There are no ifs. It would not happen. He is going to be a Laker, and that’s the only team he’s playing for.”

True, but that team was only together for one year.

Shaq was better. Kobe was maybe the best player the first year Nash won MVP.

I hated Magic Johnson as a kid because i grew up in a house of Celtics fans. I grew up and learned to appreciate how good he was. Again I know Lebron is the best active player on the planet. He is not the GOAT. Could be at the end of his career, but IMO is light years away from 6 rings and 6 finals mvp's and numerous other accolaids.

I don't think it is wrong to say "he isn't there yet". I think it is wrong to say "if he keeps going the way he is going, he still doesn't have a chance to get there" Jordan was 28 when he first went to the finals and won for the first time. Lebron is 28 now, playing in his 4th finals and trying to win his 2nd ring. He can still get there. I doubt Lebron sits out to play baseball. lol

I don't agree with that. He was the best during the window between Shaq and Lebron probably.

I think explosion of social media has alot to do with this. Twitter...facebook allow people to blow the frick up after every possession.

Sums up my feelings of Lebron.

He's got a long way to go before being the legitimate GOAT, but to say he isn't on the path and has no shot is as asinine as saying he is currently the GOAT.

At least you knew they were assholes. They made no effort to act like they were nice. Unlike the guy who was on the decision.

Kobe was considered the best in the NBA by many when he was in his prime and when they won without shaq. I cant stand him but hew was the best at some point. Im sure a few years from now Durant will take that away from lebron

I don't hate him but he definitely went down a peg or four with his showboating performance when he left the Cavs.
