Syracuse on that graphic surprised me… I know they’re a basketball powerhouse, but their football has been irrelevant since
Donovan McNabb

But yeah ND to me represents the school who tries to do it the “right” way. Rudy was some powerful propaganda

kicked the shite out of Alabama every time they played them.

Hyperbole much?

Alabama is 3-5 against Notre Dame.

4 of Notre Dame's 5 wins are by a touchdown or less.

All three of Bama's wins are by three or more scores.

But the Bear could never beat them.

I think there's a root to that, in this irrational hate for Notre Dame in the SEC. Notre Dame represents Sherman's march in a philosophical sense to some. When its just fricking CFB.,

But you have to admit he did very well against Woody Hayes. And most everyone else.

I don’t think the Notre Dame hate in the SEC is irrational. Most of the SEC isn’t Catholic

What's interesting is that NC State is top 16 and Clemson or FSU or Miami is not. Maybe SEC should focus on NC State. Raleigh, Durham Charlotte are quality markets ....not to mention Winston Salem and Greensboro.

Am I the only one shocked to see Syracuse ranked so high on this list?!

Notice that Clemson, Florida St, UCLA, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Virginia Tech are NOT on that list, but Syracuse is.

LMAO!

You actually believe this graph?

Oregon has a bigger "fan base" (whatever that means) than Alabama? Wisconsin more than SC or UGA?

LMAO!

Probably because they are located in New York and not Mississippi. Once all the top programs are recruited by the Big10 and SEC the next domino to fall will be removal of schools like Miss St that don't belong in the top tier
