He'd be in the same position regardless of a degree from LSU.

I can only speak for myself here because there are tons of ignorant and embarrassing LSU fans out there just like there are tons of ignorant and embarrassing LSU students and student-athletes.

He never got a free pass from me. I was disappointed, upset and embarrassed by his stupid decisions. But I want him to get his life together and turn things around. Why? Because he's one of OURS. his frick-ups don't change that for me. I was angry about his stupidity. I probably would not put forth any time, effort or money to help him at this point because he hasn't proven that he's changed but I HOPE he gets it together and has a long, productive, successful career and life. Like Soph said, he's family.

"Once a Tiger, always a Tiger."

Hell, look at the positive reaction the Rant now has to news that the infamous Ryan Perrilloux (sp?) seems to have gotten his shite together. Time heals all wounds and we always want our own to succeed, even when they hurt us in the past.

Would I extend the same feelings to a Bama player? Of course not. I hate Bama and I'm indifferent to their alumni.

Who is to say with better coaching he won't be. At worst he had average coverage skills at LSU. My only real point "is size matters not." And whether he'll have a good career in the pros is a fascinating discussion, but I don't prescribe to the completely absurd notion that he is some gangbanger who fricked over LSU and/or his teammates.

Do you think of a player who had a solid career and made impacts in games he played?

um he's 5'9 170 pounds.. 4 x's at 225

um yeah keep worrying over measurables.. i will take on field production all day. watch his film or highlights. here LINK

as a true sophomore

the worst thing he did was do fake weed.. which at most schools wouldn't of even got him kicked off..

I'll take a guy who didn't get arrested or land in rehab. He produced in college but so did Tebow. You're betting on a guy that people have physical doubts about and you add character to that as well. With 4 reps now work ethic is a concern.

Most teams won't want to deal with that when they can get a guy with better measurables and less off field issues. Dominating in college doesn't give players a pass. Teo just dominated and people are worried that he's too slow.

Many teams are quite worried:

Worries

I wouldn't waste a third or fourth rounder on him.

I don't either. I personally think success went to his head. He was a different player as a freshmen. By different I mean he played the game without all the trash talking.

He is an enigma. I'm excited to see how he transitions to the pros. His dad was the UPS guy where I worked in college. He was a huge dick but I imagine a pretty stern father. He could have serious issues, but he could also be some guy who partied in college. Anyway, I hope he lands with an aggressive DC.

It would be easy for all the fame to go to someone's head at that age. That is the problem, you're dealing with kids that make decisions like kids.
