Is it pretty much because his coverage isn’t all that great?

You’d think that there would be many teams out there that would love to have a run stopping LB running around…the Cowboys come to mind.

He doesn't do anything that particularly well. He's just been athletic enough to make up for it, but offenses have learned to scheme and take advantage of his mistakes.

2020-2022 he had well over 100 tackles per season. People were talking about him and David being one of the best LB duos in the league just last season.

Devin White's been benched because he free lances. He is a liability in coverage just playing rat ball. That completion to la porta was all his in cover 3 . He took a Tampa two drop and got under cut for the 1st down. His replacement #52 came in the very next play. What a fall

His backup, KJ Britt, is better at run stopping. They're both pretty bad to average in coverage.

They even mentioned on the broadcast that Bowles said Britt is the best between the tackles LB they have on the team. He was very good at that at Auburn as well. His coverage leaves a lot to be desired, but he can cover the average TE pretty well. LaPorta has given him some trouble today. But so have the other top TEs in the league.

Sucks in coverage
Can’t get off blocks
Frequently dogs it

Look up the videos on YouTube. Plenty are out there
Best example is probably the Ravens game in 2022

He got hyped up in college for jumping on piles racking up fake tackles.

Because he’s not very good and he’s turned into a pretty dirty player the last few years.

He’s a dirty player.

Teams don’t want to deal with him.

We’re talking about Devin White, Not Dylan Moses

What makes him a “dirty” player?

Probably the most egregious targeting I’ve ever seen when he was in college.
