Why are the Jags playing back to back weeks in London?

I saw they did the same in 2020. I’m sure it’s been discussed and I’m missing the key reason but this feels odd and shitty

What stadium will he lease? Craven Cottage doesn’t really work. Wembley? Ouch.

I don’t mind it as a Jags fan. Having two is better than one, because it gives us an advantage in the second game being over there for two weeks, and today was an away game for us, so we’re not giving up two home games. Plus our owner has already made a deal with the city to keep us from moving for like 30 years. So there’s no threat.

ETA:also we did this last year. Not sure why fans think this is the first time the Jags have done it.

The Jags signed a 30 year lease with Jacksonville this past summer.

That hasn’t stopped anyone before. breaking a lease is not unusual. They’ll pay a penalty and leave.

I believe they’ve given this option to teams playing multiple games in London to stack them just for ease of travel. Jags love to sign themselves up for it

They could play one game a year in like 10 different stadiums big enough for the NFL…
